I don't know anything about Instagram and I don't have an account, is this guide for me?

Most of our participants work already with Instagram but for new Instagram users we explain shortly how it works. You do need an Instagram account and it's very easy to create. Once you've created an Instagram account, the only thing you need is accept our following request and you'll be able to see our content.

How long will I be able to see the Stories?

The content will stay available for one year. You can watch everything in your own time. Before your year ends, we'll notify you.

What are the guides about?

At the moment we have one guide available, but we're aiming for multiple guides. Each guide will focus on a different part or stage of your wedding planning journey and are completely different. Visit this website frequently to see the latest guides.

Is this a subscription service?

No. This is a one time purchase. Good news! The second round costs you only 15,- euros.

Do I need a specific software to see the Stories?

No. You watch the Stories in the Instagram app, simply between your friends' daily Stories.


Can I enter at any given time?

Yes, you can enter all throughout the month, this will not limit the time that you'll be able to see our content.

I have purchased a guide, but I haven't been granted access. Is something wrong?

If you have purchased a guide, you'll be granted access within an hour between 8 AM and 10 PM CET time, also in the weekends. If you haven't been granted access it could be that your Instagram name doesn't match your real name enough. Contact us to verify it's you on


How can I pay?

You can by credit card, debit card, Ideal, PayPal or Klarna (if your country supports this).

Can I pay in terms?

No, this isn't possible.

If I don't like the product, can I get my money back?

We prepare the guides with lots of time and effort, so that it starts or completes your wedding planning journey. We are pretty sure it will be of value. If by any chance you feel that the guide doesn't meet your expectations, we will reimburse you the purchase. We only ask you one thing: send us a detailed explanation of why the guide doesn't meet your expectation. After this, we'll reimburse you the purchase.

Can I give the guide as a present?

Yes, you can! If you add notes under the payment process that it's a gift, one of our team members will be in contact with you to make the arrangments.
