When a Hollywood glam couple takes on a wedding in Crete

New Yorker's Aleks and Sasha, both Russian, decided to get married in Crete at Agreco Farm. Soon after we started talking I felt that this couple was up for a super glam wedding. Anyone that has been to Crete knows how rustic and rural it is - it's stunning but there is nothing glam about it. Especially Agreco Farm, which is known for their specific look and feel. However, we like a good challenge. We went full on glam with a custom made mirrored organic shaped aisle, mirrored serpentine tables and even a mirrored dance floor with fairy lights and disco balls to create a complete starry night feel. We treated the venue like a complete blank canvas, only keeping in mind the natural colors to bring both worlds together. The result was insanely pretty and took everyone by surprise (of course we knew that it was going to work out beautifully ;)). Sasha is one of those brides who captures you with her energy and feels like an instant friend from day 1. Working with them was lovely and seeing the Russian traditions being passed from generation to generation during their wedding day was so beautiful.
