Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, provided the member has not accessed any paid content or services.
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, and members will continue to have access to the subscription benefits for the remainder of their subscription.

Support Policy

  • Subscribers can access support through our dedicated help center, wedding planning sessions, and community forums.
  • Support response times may vary, but we strive to address inquiries promptly and provide valuable assistance.
  • We do not provide day off coordination or conceptual design for subscribers. Subscribers can book additional on-demand services for individualized support.

Copyright Policy

  • All content, resources, templates, and materials provided in the subscription are protected by copyright laws.
  • Subscribers are granted personal, non-transferable licenses to use the resources for their wedding planning purposes only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of subscription materials outside of personal use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the subscription.

Termination Policy

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a subscribers access to the subscription, without refund, for violations of our policies, including copyright infringement or abusive behavior within the community.
  • Subscribers found in breach of our policies will be notified of the reason for termination.

Subscription Changes

  • We may make updates, modifications, or changes to the subscription content and resources at our discretion.
  • Subscribers will be notified of significant changes that may affect their subscription experience.

Privacy Policy

  • Subscribers personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share member data with third parties.

Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees will be automatically billed according to the chosen payment plan.
  • Subscribers are responsible for keeping their billing information up to date.

Payment and Billing

  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the account settings or contacting our support team. The 6 month subscription can be cancelled after 6 months only.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The subscription will automatically renew for the duration as purchased (e.g. a 6 month subscription will be renewed for another 6 months and a monthly subscription will be renewed per month).
